At Wooden Slice, we create premium handcrafted furniture using high-quality Sheesham (Indian Rosewood) and Mango wood. Our skilled artisans design every product with care, making each piece unique in grain, texture, and finish.

We understand that purchasing solid wood furniture online is an important decision. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund on Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Furniture

All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Many items are customized in size, polish, finish, or design.

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and production has started.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable.

This policy applies to all:

  • Sheesham wood furniture

  • Mango wood furniture

  • Carved furniture

  • Customized or handcrafted products sold on www.woodenslice.in

2. Damaged or Defective Product Policy

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you.

Eligibility for Replacement or Repair:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and videos are required

  • Share proof via email or WhatsApp

After inspection, we may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement part

  • Full product replacement (based on damage severity)

❗ Note: We do not provide monetary refunds for damaged products. Only replacement or repair is offered.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund (Before Dispatch Only)

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, only if production has not started.

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Orders already in the manufacturing or finishing stage cannot be canceled.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Return Scenarios

Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Natural color, grain, or carving variations

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Natural wood behavior such as minor cracks or expansion due to climate

  • Aging of solid wood over time

These characteristics are normal in solid wood handcrafted furniture.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your order qualifies for a refund (only eligible cancellations):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may apply
