Sheesham Wood Storage Bench with Traditional Elephant Carvings
The Hastinara Sheesham Wood Storage Bench combines traditional Indian craftsmanship with practical storage. Crafted from solid Sheesham wood, it features a warm honey finish and a comfortable upholstered seat.
Its rich wooden grain adds natural character to any interior. The detailed elephant carvings make this furniture piece especially distinctive.
Hand-Carved Elephant Doors with Artistic Detailing
The standout feature of this Sheesham Wood Storage Bench is its beautifully carved elephant design.
Eight elephant motifs decorate the front wooden panels. Each carving reflects traditional Indian artistry and adds a heritage-inspired appearance.
Two panelled doors feature decorative metal ring handles. The honey wood finish highlights the carvings and natural grain patterns.
Spacious Hidden Storage with Removable Shelf
The Hastinara features a spacious enclosed cabinet behind its two wooden doors. It provides convenient storage for shoes, accessories and everyday essentials.
A removable mid-height shelf allows flexible internal organisation. You can adjust the storage arrangement to accommodate different belongings.
This Wooden Shoe Storage Bench helps keep entryways and bedrooms neat. Its enclosed design keeps stored items out of sight.
Comfortable Upholstered Seating
The bench includes a removable padded seat with a cotton-rich upholstery cover. Its neutral fabric complements the warm wooden finish.
The cushioned top offers a convenient place to sit while putting on footwear. It also makes the bench suitable for bedrooms and dressing areas.
Versatile Storage Bench for Indian Homes
Measuring 105 cm L × 35 cm W × 60 cm H, Hastinara offers seating and storage in one compact design.
Its traditional appearance complements rustic, ethnic and heritage-inspired interiors. Pair it with other solid wood furniture for a coordinated interior.
Customization is available on request. The bench comes pre-assembled for convenient placement.
Please Note: Sheesham wood naturally varies in grain, knots, texture and colour. Seasonal humidity changes may cause slight natural movement. These characteristics make each handcrafted wooden furniture piece unique.
Product care
1. Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away dust. For intricate carvings or corners, a soft brush (like a clean paintbrush or soft toothbrush) can be used.
2. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the wood finish to fade or crack over time.
3. Control Humidity: Avoid placing the product in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity, such as directly next to radiators, air conditioning vents, or in damp basements.
4. Clean Spills Immediately: Blot any spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn spots, lightly dampen a soft cloth with water and a mild, non-abrasive soap. Wipe gently, then immediately dry thoroughly with another clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or silicone-based polishes.
For the Natural Cane Weave:
1. Gentle Cleaning: Dust the cane regularly with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment on a low setting.
2. Damp Cloth for Dirt: For more stubborn dirt, lightly dampen a soft cloth with plain water (avoid excessive moisture) and gently wipe the cane. Immediately dry with a clean, dry cloth.
3. Avoid Excessive Moisture: Cane is susceptible to damage from prolonged exposure to moisture, which can cause it to sag or mildew. Never soak the cane or use abrasive cleaners.
4. Support Weight Evenly: Avoid putting excessive, concentrated weight on the cane backrest to prevent stretching or damage.
